4v4 Weekly Run

Format: 4v4 (no goalkeepers)
Surface: Indoor hardfloor (court style)
Walls: Playable rebounds allowed
Goals/Nets: Out of bounds (ball resets)
Restarts: Indirect kick-ins
Ball: Futsal or low-bounce indoor ball

Basic Play

• Games are continuous — use the walls to keep the ball in play.
  
• No sliding tackles or rough play — this is a coed, friendly format.
  
• Each team must have at least one female player on the court at all times.
  
• Sub on the fly — quick changes, keep the tempo high!
  
• All fouls and restarts are indirect (no direct shots from dead balls)

• Out of Bounds
  
• Restart with an indirect kick-in from where it crossed out.
  
• Ceiling contact = restart for the other team.

Fair Play

• Respect everyone — coed means inclusive, fun, and balanced.
  
• Ref or host decisions are final.
  
• Keep it friendly, keep it moving
