SOCCERINAUSTIN.COM RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND PARTICIPATING IN ANY ACTIVITIES LISTED HERE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK:

By participating in recreational soccer games and related activities organized, facilitated, or listed by soccerinaustin.com (the “Website”), I understand and acknowledge that soccer and related activities inherently involve certain risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, disability, or death, whether caused by me or others, the natural environment, or the conditions of the playing fields.

I further understand that these risks may be increased by the actions, omissions, or negligence of soccerinaustin.com, its owners, organizers, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, or affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as other participants.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

By participating in the soccer games and activities listed on the Website, I agree that I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage that may result. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action related to my participation, including those arising from negligence or other conduct.

I specifically waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims or causes of action arising from the negligence of the Released Parties, including but not limited to:

1. Personal injury (including severe bodily injury or death);
2. Loss or damage to personal property;
3. Any accidents or incidents during or related to participation in soccer games.

ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY:

By participating, I acknowledge it is my responsibility to:

• Assess my own physical condition and ability to participate safely in soccer activities;
• Follow all rules, regulations, and instructions for participation;
• Take necessary precautions to avoid injury or harm during gameplay.

I also understand that soccerinaustin.com does not provide medical insurance or coverage for participants. I am fully responsible for any medical costs or expenses that may result from my participation.

INDEMNIFICATION:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, or damages they may incur as a result of claims brought by me or third parties arising from my actions during soccer games or activities.

MEDIA RELEASE:

I grant soccerinaustin.com the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during soccer activities for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation or further approval.

GOVERNING LAW:

This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert County], Texas.

BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVITIES LISTED HERE, YOU CONFIRM THAT:

• You have read and understood the terms of this waiver.
• You voluntarily assume all risks and waive liability for the Released Parties.
• You are 18 years of age or older, or your legal guardian has accepted these terms on your behalf if you are under 18.
